On the 22nd February 2017, Savills launched their new brokerage service and website listing platform, Workthere. The concept combines technology, professionalism and transparency, and is designed to help providers let their space and occupiers to identify working space that suits them. Providers currently advertising on Workthere include Wework, London Executive Offices, The Office Group, and many more smaller and individual providers. Savills hopes to help start-ups and businesses requiring flexibility with lease terms across Europe, America and Asia.
