Shoreditch is the epicentre of tech start-ups and SMEs in London. Techspace, a workspace provider for the creative and tech community, has acquired an opportunity to expand its business, and is set to open a brand new co-working space in this ideal area.

Techspace has shown interest in a 20,000 sq ft building located on Luke Street, which includes 2,000 sq ft double height event space and 354 work stations. 
Unlike most workspace providers, only high-growth technology companies are eligible to become members of Techspace, which ensures that the quality of businesses is kept to a high standard. Companies joining Luke Street will be part of the scale-up social and business community. This aspect is similar to other organisations such as WeWork – a leading international workspace provider.

This is the sixth co-working space that Techspace will have opened in London, taking the community up to a total of 1,500 members.
