The end of London’s summer, and the fading memories of the Olympics, has seen a sudden upturn in enquiries at Morgan Pryce, the leading London commercial property agent based in the West End and the City of London.

It is certain that many businesses have written off the summer as a practical time for doing anything with their office arrangements in London and now it is past, everyone is in a hurry to make up for lost time.

“I am working on deals for two offices in Holborn at the moment and both of them have gone to best bids which is amazing” confirmed Tom Lax, Agent with Morgan Pryce.  “Holborn is known for cheap rents and rates but has never been particularly in demand, but all of a sudden the fish are biting!”
