Market leading developer Helical has agreed a sizeable deal to provide 15,994 sq ft of prime space at One Creechurch Place to insurance firm Coverys, taking the sought after building to 75% occupied – with just under 70,000 sq ft left to let.
Gerald Kay, Chief Executive at Helical, has said of the transaction: “This is another strong letting for Creechurch, secured on favourable terms, and one supporting our view that London remains the city of choice for a diverse range of occupiers… As with all our developments, we had a strong vision for the building; a sophisticated working environment that allows leading businesses to flourish, whilst being able to enjoy new public realm and local green spaces, in this case Mitre Square and Aldgate Square. We are optimistic about letting the remaining space during 2018.”
The deal agreed by Coverys is a long-term, 10-year lease for offices on the sixth floor, where the firm will rub shoulders with other impressive tenants, such as Enstar, Dell and Hyperion.
