Morgan Pryce have taken a keen interest in London’s rising skyline which appears to have acquired some dominating futuristic landmarks over previous years, some of which are still under construction and are yet to be completed.

Many of the daily commuters of London city have been observing as the Shard tower continues to rise, brightening up the view from the internationally renowned London Bridge.

The dominator of the skyline designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano, has been tallest skyscraper in London since November 2010

The Proposal is set to redefine London’s skyline and become a symbolic landmark, the Shard has plans to reach a soaring height of 310 metres by 2012, which will then qualify the skyscraper as the highest building in the European Union.

The Shard boasts a 5 star luxury hotel occupying 18 floors of the construction; the London skyscraper also has residential floors between 186 and 224 metres high, making this the highest residential area in the city.

Piano originally had plans to take the building to an enormous height of 380 metres. However, after discussion between Piano and the planning authorities, a mutual decision was attained to reduce the height as it was described as being over excessive and unnecessary.
