Aberdeen Standard Investments has appointed Knight Frank to sell the Broadwalk Centre in Edgware.
It has been reported that the agents are seeking offers over £60 million for the 190,000 sq ft shopping centre, which is being marketed with scope for regeneration.
The existing owners have considered various redevelopment options, from regeneration of the car park with retail units and around 1,000 homes to a larger improvement of the whole site.
Charlie Barke, partner at Knight Frank, said: “This is a site offering huge potential and we would expect residential and mixed use developers to consider to consider it closely… Rarely does a freehold site of this scale come up in such a strong location.”
