Brockton Capital and Oxford Properties Group have pre-let 50,000 sq ft of the newly-renovated Post Building to Rothesay Life — which is relocating from The Cheesegrater after less than four years.
A former Royal Mail sorting office, the Post Building has undergone extensive refurbishment to become a grade-A mixed-use scheme with a 7,500 sq ft rooftop garden. Rothesay Life will join management consultancy firm McKinsey & Company, which has pre-let 127,000 sq ft of space — leaving 90,000 sq ft still available to let.
Managing director and head of UK real estate at Oxford Properties, Chris Carter Keall, said: “We are delighted that Rothesay Life has chosen to make The Post Building its new home. It is testament to not only The Post Building’s unique combination of features — unparalleled scale and volume; flexible design and well-connected location — but also to its ability to create an exceptional working environment. We are pleased to welcome Rothesay Life, alongside McKinsey & Company to the building.”
