Who we are

We are a specialist, investor and tenant-only commercial property agency based in Central London. Our mission is simple: To act exclusively on behalf of tenants and investors offering the best advice, planning and consultancy available to companies and organisations seeking to acquire or negotiate on commercial space in London.  We act on behalf of all sectors from start-up companies, large organisations and new companies coming to London and the U.K. for the first time. Furthermore, we liaise and acquire on behalf of companies going mergers and acquisitions, acting in complete confidence and non-disclosure.

Co-Founder

Fraser Williams co-founded Morgan Pryce in 2014 with Eugene O’Sullivan, establishing the firm as a leading tenant advisory consultancy in London. With over 24 years of experience in Central London’s commercial property market, Fraser has a strong background in investment, development, and leasing. His early career included roles at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and Invista Real Estate Investment Management, where he identified the need for a dedicated tenant and purchaser representation service.

Fraser is highly regarded for his negotiation expertise and strategic insight, consistently delivering maximum value for his clients.

Outside work, Fraser is an avid skier, tennis player, and golfer. Fluent in French and widely traveled, he brings a global perspective to his client relationships.

Co-Founder

Eugene co-founded Morgan Pryce in 2014 with Fraser Williams, building the company into one of Central London’s top tenant representation agencies. With 25 years of experience in commercial property, Eugene specialises in Central and Greater London office acquisitions, leveraging expertise in valuation, asset management, and investment.

His career includes roles in asset management at GBR Phoenix Beard, working with Standard Life Investments and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and a director position at Fisher German, where he represented landlords, investors, and occupiers in the City of London.

Based in Twickenham, Eugene enjoys rugby, football, and fair-weather golf and tennis. He spends weekends walking his Springer Spaniel, often with a pub stop, and is passionate about traveling to both warm and snowy destinations—where he still enjoys snowboarding during annual trips with family and colleagues.

Head of Flexible Workspace

Dean Johnson joined Morgan Pryce in 2018, transitioning from the residential property sector. After earning a degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich, he turned his focus to commercial property and now leads Morgan Pryce’s Flexible Office division. Dean specializes in helping clients navigate the evolving flexible workspace market, offering bespoke office solutions tailored to their needs.

Known for his precision and results-driven approach, Dean is committed to aligning workspace strategies with his clients’ goals.

When not at work, Dean enjoys football, fitness, and horse racing. A proud Southeast Londoner, he’s a lifelong supporter of Millwall, embracing all the emotions of match day.
