PPR Estates has received the go-ahead for the redevelopment of 840 Old Kent Road in Southwark.
The scheme will include replacing the existing single storey building with two residential towers of 13 and 21 storeys each, delivering a total of 168 flats. Meanwhile, 181,910 sq ft of ground floor retail space will be let to budget supermarket Aldi.
Stace is providing project management and employer’s agent services, and Bogle Architects and DP9 Planning Consultants are also part of the project team.
