Dartriver London has teamed up with Conren Land and Indigo Invest with plans to launch a joint venture targeting £1 billion in London office investment in the next three to five years.

 German investment manager Conren Land has overseen many investment programmes for private investors and institutional capital, and has executed more than €1 billion (£870 million) of deals in Spain and Germany over the past two years. Independent German real estate investment company Indigo Invest has made significant investments in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, and entered the UK market in 2016.

The joint venture, CLI Dartriver, will be headed by former Great Portland Estates directors Neil Thompson and Ben Chambers, who set up Dartriver last March. It has been formed with the intention of investing predominantly in the central London office market, with a focus on value-add opportunities to maximise returns as well as some mixed-use schemes.
