Flexible working space and members’ club The Clubhouse has filed for administration after struggling to raise funds and suffering from the impact of rising business rates in Central London.

Regus owner IWG is in advanced talks to purchase the scheme, which has locations in Mayfair, Bank, St James’s and Holborn Circus. A deal is expected to be finalised shortly that will deliver the necessary funding to The Clubhouse for the business to flourish.
