Land Securities boss Rob Noel has confrmed what the market has known for some time, that high-end office space in the West End is extremely tight on supply. “Modern efficient space is evaporating,” confirmed Noel, describing the market for top quality office space as “supply-constrained”.
Fraser Williams, Director for West End aquisitions at tennant agency Morgan Pryce, summed up the prevailing mood when he commented “we have more clients looking for west end office space, especially Mayfair Office Space, than the supply of buildings can handle and therefore rents and incentives are not mirroring the wider economy when compared with pre-recession levels”
