A few other factors that have been proven to show importance in the work place in terms of ranking from most important to the least, are space; providing an adequate break out area and ensuring enough space is given between desks can increase productivity by 4.4% providing a break out area, then there is work station design, lighting, temperature, noise and air quality. These factors can be either detrimental or assist in the performance of a business.
