It has been demonstrated over recent years that start-up companies practically inhabit a sector of their own. 

They have been a major part of London and the UK’s increasing economic success, which in turn has led to more start-ups. The TMT sector is an example of a market in which start-ups have been particularly successful.

The company is based in Melbourne, but has recently announced its intention to open New York and London offices, partly in a bid to assist the expansions of the very companies it helped to advise at the outset. 

The niche firm deals with entrepreneurs, start-ups, venture capital investors and angel investors. It focuses on transparent fees and uses technology to keep costs low for new businesses that do not have unlimited funds to spend on lawyers, but who need the vital advice and guidance on running a business and a company. The law firm has taken on a global CEO in anticipation of the developments, as well as a director of the UK office, and believes it can make a personal contribution to the success of its clients, having been a start-up business itself.
