A Chinese dome like architectural piece, designed by the British – Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid has been created to house a Mediterranean village, a water park, shopping centre, ice-skating and an array of hotels. All this is located on 19 million square foot of space under a 100 metre high glass ceiling providing warmth to its visitors 24 hours a day all year round via its own artificial sun.
